Energy Use & GHG Emissions
- 10% reduction in energy use per unit of production in 3 years
- 15% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions per unit of production in 3 years
Materials Efficiency
- 50% reduction in total solid waste to landfill in 3 years
- 1 zero landfill plant in 3 years, 2 zero landfill plants in 5 years
Components & Chemistry
- Obtain Design for Environment certification for 1 product in each category within 3 years
Water Impact
- Assess downstream water quality and set appropriate improvement targets
- 10% reduction in non-process (potable) water in 3 years
- 5% reduction in process water per unit of production in 3 years
People & Communities
- Educate 100% of employees on sustainability strategy and opportunities for involvement in 1 year
- Tie a portion of company leadership bonuses to sustainability performance in 3 years
